Wombat Forestcare is delighted to announce the return of this popular series
The United Nations has declared 2011 as the International Year of Forests. This year's series will explore the Wombat Forest and its fascinating role in providing a home for its inhabitants including flora, fauna and fungi. It will emphasise how we can become more connected with our environment. It is hoped that people will come away with practical knowledge, a heightened sense of empowerment and wonder at this complex, teaming environment we live in.
By request, this year the series has been expanding to include lectures at the Trentham Neighbourhood Centre as well as the Daylesford Neighbourhood Centre.
